Murfreesboro, Tenn.-based Store Opening Solutions specializes in retail fixture, furniture and equipment inventory. It will become part of the Koch Logistics division.

DSV said in October it was working on selling USA Truck, which did not fit its vision for asset-light North American on-road operations. USA Truck CEO George Henry will continue in the role.

The acquisition does not change day-to-day operations. The Dart name and operating entities remain unchanged, and drivers, customers, leadership and staff will remain in place.

Ryder System acquired Georgia mobile truck and trailer maintenance specialist Truck Service Depot on Jan. 6 for an undisclosed sum, the company said.
