The national average diesel price dipped 2.3 cents to edge below $4 a gallon, according to Energy Information Administration data released April 22.

The national average diesel price slid 4.6 cents to $4.015 a gallon, according to Energy Information Administration data released April 15. Diesel was last below $4 a gallon April 1.

Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. announced April 8 that it has sold transportation management systems company CLX Logistics to chemical supply chain services firm Quantix.
