Amerit Fleet Solutions has appointed Jennifer McKeehan chief operating officer, adding an executive with experience leading supply chain, logistics, fulfillment and customer operations at several major retailers.
McKeehan previously held leadership roles at Fanatics Inc., Walmart Inc., Peloton and The Home Depot. Her responsibilities have included overseeing operations across supply chains, logistics networks, fulfillment and customer experience, Amerit said. Walmart and Home Depot rank Nos. 1 and 56, respectively, on the Transport Topics Top 100 list of the largest private carriers in North America.
“Jennifer brings a proven track record of building high-performing teams, along with deep expertise across end-to-end supply chain, logistics, fulfillment and customer operations,” Amerit CEO Ross Rachey said in the October announcement.

Rachey said the company expects McKeehan to play a role in its next phase of growth.
Amerit — dual headquartered in Walnut Creek, Calif., and Charlotte, N.C. — provides fleet maintenance, repair and management services. The company said McKeehan’s appointment supports its efforts to expand its fleet services across North America.
McKeehan has focused during her career on building data-driven organizations and using technology, digital capabilities and AI to change operating processes, according to the release. Her approach emphasizes incorporating technology into employees’ work rather than treating it as a stand-alone objective.
“Fleet uptime is business uptime. Amerit’s technicians deliver that every day for customers operating some of the most complex fleets in the country,” McKeehan said. “I’m excited to build on that strength, bringing together our people, technology and operating expertise to help customers improve performance and keep their businesses moving.”
