Amerit, which made the announcement July 23, said the deals advance its growth strategy by increasing its service network, technical capabilities and customer reach. The company provides fleet maintenance, repair and management services.
Kirk NationaLease, founded in 1969, provides contract maintenance, mobile service and shop management. Truck & Trailer Parts Solutions specializes in truck and trailer upfitting, including truck bodies, liftgates and solar products.
Amerit said combining its fleet maintenance and fleet solutions programs with Kirk NationaLease and TTPS will give customers access to a larger technician network, expanded service capabilities, broader geographic coverage and a wider portfolio of services aimed at improving vehicle uptime and lowering total cost of ownership.
