AIT Worldwide Logistics agreed to acquire Sydney-based freight forwarder Connor Anderson International, expanding AIT’s operations in Australia.

DoorDash said the Instacart brand name and app will remain, and Instacart shoppers can continue fulfilling orders for Instacart.
