Logistics Firm Network FOB Acquires Interlog USA
Network FOB, a Jacksonville, Florida-based logistics firm, has acquired international transportation company Interlog USA Inc. Terms were not disclosed.
Network FOB said it acquired the Minneapolis-based company to be able to offer customers ocean and air services as well as international shipping.
Founded in 1995, Interlog arranges full-service international and domestic shipping for manufacturers and receivers.
“To say we’re excited would be an understatement,” Jim Handoush, Network FOB’s CEO, said in a statement. “Interlog embodies exactly what it takes to ignite the enthusiasm of our agents, and we’re thrilled to begin offering ocean and air services to our customers.”
