“The federal hours-of-service regulation [is expected to become law] on Jan. 1, but in Canada, each province must adopt and commence enforcement of the rule separately,” David Bradley, chief executive officer of the Canadian Trucking Alliance, told Transport Topics in late December.So far, he said, only Ontario has adopted the regulation.
