Koch Cos. truck

Murfreesboro, Tenn.-based Store Opening Solutions specializes in retail fixture, furniture and equipment inventory. It will become part of the Koch Logistics division.

The acquisition does not change day-to-day operations. The Dart name and operating entities remain unchanged, and drivers, customers, leadership and staff will remain in place.
