VTNA Offers Mobile App for Service Management

Volvo Trucks North America customers now can use the Volvo ASIST service management platform through a new mobile app.

Volvo ASIST is a web-based tool that allows customers to monitor vehicle status, receive electronic estimates, approve repairs, issue purchase orders and communicate directly with VTNA’s dealer network, according to the Greensboro, N.C.-based company.

The app’s communication features mirror those ASIST customers use via their laptops and desktops.



VTNA is a unit of Volvo Group.
