UPS CEO David Abney told CNBC cutting regulation and growing infrastructure are likely positives. In the interview Abney also told the news network:

• We would like to return foreign earnings for U.S. purposes.

• We don’t see Amazon going it alone on delivery, logistics.

• Drones likely to be used for urgent shipments.
