U.S. Gain, Corridor Clean Fuels to Co-Brand CNG Station

U.S. Gain said it would co-brand Corridor Clean Fuels’ compressed natural gas fueling station in Dothan, Alabama, which serves as the main transportation hub for the southeastern corner of Alabama and is a main corridor for carriers in southwest Georgia and Florida.

“Industry partners are playing a vital role in facilitating the growth of the CNG market in America,” Randy Spence, CEO of Corridor Clean Fuels, said in a statement. “We are excited to partner with U.S. Gain at this station and expand the extensive network of Gain Clean Fuel stations.”

The location has fast-fill capabilities and will accept fleet cards, according to Corridor Clean Fuels. The station is also open for use by other fleets and to the public and is the second Gain Clean Fuel station in Alabama. The first is located in Calera.

“Even with the lower cost of diesel fuel, many carriers are still converting their fleets to operate on CNG to take advantage of a more stable fuel price and the benefits of lower emissions,” U.S. Gain General Manager Bill Renz said in a statement. “Our goal is to help them make that transition by providing strategic sites beneficial to carriers. Our partnership with Corridor Clean Fuels helps us achieve our mission as we continue building the Gain Clean Fuel network.”

U.S. Gain is a division of U.S. Venture Inc. Corridor Clean Fuels develops, owns and operates CNG fueling stations.in the southeastern United States.
