Seko Logistics has acquired an equity stake in Metakinetic, an e-commerce company.

Metakinetic joined with Seko’s Red Hot Penny marketing firm, and the expanded agency is targeting luxury brands to add to a portfolio that includes clients such as Rolex.

“Combining our passion for tech with Red Hot Penny’s unrivaled creative expertise and Seko’s logistics offering means that we are providing something quite unique in the industry,” Darren Bull, Metakinetic co-founder and Red Hot Penny managing director, said in a statement.

Seko said bringing together the firms with its warehousing and fulfilment operations will enable it to provide end-to-end services for retailers.

In the past year, Seko launched an integrated e-commerce and logistics division, Seko Omni-Channel Logistics and formed a joint venture for project management in the retail sector called Seko Store Development Services.
