The president of the company has no previous experience in the transportation industry. The company’s operations are limited to the state of Washington. And by it own admission, its prices tend to run a little high. Nevertheless, Postal Express appears to have carved out a viable niche for itself within the trucking industry.
Although its service covers the entire state, most of the company’s work is concentrated in the Puget Sound region in western Washington. The main office is in Bellevue, with two others in Seattle and Everett. While its trucks and drivers cover the area beyond the mountains in the more agricultural areas of eastern Washington, Postal Express has no offices in that region.

The company handles just about every type of in-state parcel delivery imaginable, including construction, pharmaceutical and office supplies.
“We’re amazed at how many different types of customers utilize our service,” says Postal Express President Brian Butler. “A new online company has asked us to deliver prepared meals, and we deliver salmon and salmon eggs for the Forest Service.”
