M&K Quality Truck Sales said it has completed the acquisition of four Chicago-area truck sales businesses, giving the company its first presence in the Chicago market.

M&K bought Chicago Mack Sales & Service, Mack of Joliet, Chicago Truck Sales & Service and Truck Lease Chicago. It currently has locations in three areas of Michigan, in Indianapolis and a shop in Columbus, Miss.

Each entity will continue to operate under its current name and management structure, Byron Center, Mich.-based M&K said. Terms were not disclosed.

M&K is part of NationaLease, one of the largest full-service truck leasing organizations in North America, and the acquisition of Truck Lease Chicago will add more than 150 trucks to its 350-truck NationaLease fleet.

Chicago Mack and Chicago Truck are two of the country’s leading Mack and Volvo dealerships and with the acquisition M&K said it will be the largest Mack and Volvo dealer group in the Midwest and among the five largest nationwide.

Chicago Mack, Chicago Truck and Mack of Joliet also will continue to sell and service Hino and Isuzu trucks, M&K said.
