Minnesota to Require 20% Biodiesel in 2015

Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty (R) signed a bill that will require diesel sold in the state to contain 20% biodiesel content by 2015, the Associated Press reported.

The state currently requires 2% biodiesel.

The new legislation includes a provision lowering the 20% requirement during the coldest months of the year.
