IdleAire Announces Plans for IPO

IdleAire Technologies Corp., a manufacturer of anti-idling service technologies, announced plans with the Securities and Exchange Commission to file an initial public offering of its public stock.

IdleAire, Knoxville, Tenn., did not comment on when the offer might take place.
