Forward Air Launches Air Complete Service
orward Air Corp., a contractor to the air cargo industry, has launched a new service that combines the carrier’s expedited ground services with local pick up and delivery services, the company said Tuesday.
The new service, known as Forward Air Complete, allows freight forwarders to electronically select needed cartage services and combine them with time-definite airport-to-airport linehaul, Forward Air said in a statement.The service also includes electronic communication links for order placement, order acceptance and proof of delivery.
