Equity Firm Increases Investment in Syncreon

Private equity firm GenNx360 Capital Partners on Thursday announced it has increased its investment in and ownership of syncreon, a global logistics and supply chain company.

The equity firm said this is the third time it has increased its investment in syncreon since its original investment in 2009. The latest investment gives GenNx360 majority control of the company, the equity firm said.

Syncreon, which has activities in 25 countries, is based in Ireland with its operational headquarters in Auburn Hills, Mich.
