Speaking here at TransComp 2000, Skinner said that while he is eager to see a second Bush administration, he will not be working in it. “I made a commitment to the [USFreightways Corp. (USFC)] board of directors,” he said.

Skinner, who served first at DOT and then as White House chief of staff during the Bush administration, said people need to look out for their interests at all levels of government.
