Diesel Forward Acquires Dipaco

Diesel Forward is expanding its diesel fuel systems services by increasing its repair parts offering with the acquisition of Dipaco, the company announced Jan. 14.

Dipaco produces replacement parts and performance accessories for diesel engines. Diesel Forward reached an agreement with the company to purchase its assets. The company said the acquisition will help to deliver on its commitment to offer repair components.

Diesel Forward provides aftermarket diesel-engine fuel systems and technical components for light-, medium- and heavy-duty and off-highway vehicles. The company and its Alliant Power brand distribute aftermarket new and remanufactured parts.
