Ceva Logistics will lay off up to 173 employees in early 2017, according to a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act letter sent to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.

The third-party logistics firm states that it will close a building in Fairview Township in York County because it lost a contract with a customer, although it didn’t identify the company’s name.

Ceva Logistics, which ranks No. 9 on the Transport Topics Top 50 list of the largest logistics companies in North America, will close the facility by March 31, the company wrote. Some employees could lose their jobs as early as Jan. 15, according to the notice.
