Bestpass Introduces Data Interchange Platform

The company said its new Bestpass Data Interchange platform offers near real-time exchange of toll and vehicle-related data.

“While our customers have had the ability to download aggregated up-to-the-minute posted toll data from our portal for a number of years, they’ve been looking for ways to more tightly tie that into their existing management systems,” Bestpass CEO John Andrews said in the Oct. 5 statement.

Bestpass was founded in 2003 by the New York State Motor Truck Association to save carriers time and money through a single-source toll management service that includes toll discounts and consolidated billing for various toll and weigh-station bypass networks.
