ATA Seeks Nominations for 2013-2014 America’s Road Team

America’s Road Team, sponsored by Volvo Trucks North America, will spend several days each month meeting with government leaders, transportation officials, news media and the motoring public to discuss the importance of highway safety.

Every two years, ATA searches for professional drivers with superior driving skills and strong safety records who are willing to take time away from the cab to demonstrate the trucking industry’s commitment to safety.

Road Team captains have traveled the country since 1986, educating millions of people on the importance of safety, the essentiality of the trucking and the need for pride and professionalism within the industry.
