ArcBest View, a new digital logistics platform from ArcBest, is intended to let customers quote, book and manage shipments in a single place while providing shipment visibility across ArcBest logistics services, the company announced May 27.
ArcBest said customers using the platform can access shipment details, supporting documents, billing and reporting through the same interface.

The company said the platform is designed to help customers compare shipping options and manage daily shipping work, with ArcBest personnel available to assist when needs become more complex.
For visibility, ArcBest said customers can view real-time shipment activity across services using custom views and watch lists that can be organized by role, task or priority.
