Intermodal chassis manufacturers are scaling back production as a result of weak demand as well as a supply overhang, company executives said.

I Squared Capital acquired a majority stake in FlexiVan Leasing Inc., the private equity firm said. As a result, the company said it is merging FlexiVan with American Intermodal Management.
