The Better Business Bureau (BBB) is warning Minnesotans about scams in which auto dealers and shippers ask customers to wire money for cars they have bought online.

Truck drivers passing through Minnesota who need of a safe place to pull off the road will be getting help from the Minnesota Department of Transportation, which last week began installing new technology that will let them know in real time if rest areas still have parking spaces available.

The joints had been fixed and fresh asphalt laid over 40-year-old concrete on Interstate 94 between downtown Minneapolis and Brooklyn Center. But before traffic even started to roll over the new multimillion-dollar freeway, the pavement buckled in five places from the 90-degree June heat, leading to higher costs and more delays.
