USA Truck Reports Fourth-Quarter Loss

USA Truck reported a fourth-quarter loss of $3.1 million, or 30 cents per share, compared with a loss of $4.4 million, or 42 cents, a year ago.

Revenue rose to $107.1 million from $100.3 million, the truckload carrier said in a statement.

Trucking revenue rose to $77.9 million from $75 million, and intermodal revenue rose to $6.5 million, from $5.7 million.

Earlier this month the company named Thomas Glaser its interim chief operating officer for an initial term of three months, effective Jan. 1.



USA Truck is ranked No. 49 on the Transport Topics 100 listing of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
