Trimac Reports Fourth-Quarter Profit

Canada-based transportation firm Trimac Income Fund said its fourth-quarter net earnings were C$2.2 million or about 9 cents per unit, compared with C$3.1 million or 8 cents a year earlier.

Revenue rose to C$48.1 million, from C$44.8 million, Trimac said late Friday.

For the full year, Trimac earned C$17.4 million, or 50 cents per unit, compared with C$17 million, or 38 cents, a year earlier. Revenue rose to $C330 million, from C$323.4 million.

The company does not include its U.S. operations in its publicly stated earnings, which only encompass Trimac Income Fund and its Canadian operations.
