Rice Lake Introduces Replacement Scale
Rice Lake Weighing Systems introduced the Survivor OTR-LP, a replacement scale designed to fit into non-Rice Lake truck scale foundations.
Each OTR-LP is custom-designed and dimensioned to ensure exact load cell alignment and fit with the on-site foundation, according to Rice Lake.
Every scale includes a lightning protection package, and the weigh bridge is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from delivery, the company said. Also, it has a 200,000-pound gross weight capacity, and a 90,000-pound concentrated load capacity and dual tandem axle rating.
The company’s headquarters and main manufacturing plant are located in Rice Lake, Wis., with support facilities located worldwide.
