Mack Trucks Achieves Milestone With 100th Certified Center
Mack began distinguishing dealerships that achieved the guidelines to be a Mack Certified Uptime Center in January 2016, According to the Greensboro, N.C., company.
The centers feature bays reserved specifically for trucks with service and repair tasks requiring less than four hours of work.
The centers helped increase shop efficiency by 24% and reduce check-in time by more than 40 minutes, compared with previous procedures, according to Mack.
