The company’s chief financial officer said Nov. 8 he does not know when the investigation by outside counsel will be complete.
The inquiry concerns financial reporting from the 2½-year period of Jan. 1, 1998, through June 30 of this year. Intrenet has five subsidiaries — four trucking companies and a logistics provider — and the investigation centers on reports from Advanced Distribution System of Columbus, Ohio, a flatbed carrier.
