FleetPride Acquires Multibearings Service Co.

Heavy-duty truck and trailer aftermarket part distributor FleetPride Inc. said Monday it completed its acquisition of Multibearings Service Co., based in south Florida.

Multibearings Service, owned by father and son Sergio and Sandro Valencia, has been in business since 1985. Sandro Valencia will join FleetPride team as its Hialeah (Fla.) manager and FleetPride said it has extended employment offers to all Multibearings Service’s employees.

Terms were not disclosed.

“The Multibearings Service team has over 45 years of experience in the heavy-duty truck part industry [and] are a welcome addition to the FleetPride family," said Pete Painter, FleetPride’s vice president and general manager of its Southeast region.
