Crowley Maritime Promotes Dan Warner to Chief Financial Officer

Crowley Maritime Corp. announced it promoted senior executive Dan Warner to chief financial officer and he will lead a consolidated finance group.
Most recently, Warner served as treasurer and began his career with the Jacksonville, Fla.-based company in 2001.
“The unified finance group will play a crucial role in supporting our growth, efficiency and digital transformation by helping us enhance our financial management and capital funding objectives and strategies,” Chairman and CEO Tom Crowley said in a release.

Warner will oversee Crowley’s treasury, tax, controllership, procurement, internal audit, and financial planning and analysis functions.
