Coyote Logistics Creates 400 New Jobs in Chicago

Coyote Logistics said it plans to add 400 new jobs in the Chicago area.

The positions will be in sales, operations and information technology, the company said.

“We’re ecstatic that more customers decide to entrust us with their transportation and supply chain needs every day, and that the City of Chicago, this neighborhood and this building provide us with a perfect environment in which to fulfill those needs,” Coyote CEO Jeff Silver said in a statement.

Coyote Logistics moves freight across North America, specializing in fleet backhauls. Coyote said that using its customers’ trucks to haul other shippers’ loads on return trips reduces empty miles and carbon emissions.
