ATA Launches Safety Spending Survey
Responses Are Sought by July 7
American Trucking Associations is carrying out a safety spending survey and is seeking participants, it said.
Last conducted in 2015, responses will be used to estimate annual industry spending on safety and provide a benchmarking resource.
Questions in the survey cover mandatory and discretionary safety expenditures including safety compliance, maintenance, on-board safety technology, driver safety training and driver safety pay.
The survey can be found at www.trucking.org/safety-spend-survey. Responses are sought by July 7.
