AAA Cooper to Offer Wider Visibility Options

AAA Cooper Transportation said it will further less-than-truckload visibility with a new program, Action Trac.
Action Trac provides the location and continuous visibility of a shipment, from the moment of pickup through delivery, and all GPS points in between, AAA Cooper officials said July 9.
Action Trac enables customers to customize their user experience at the shipment level to receive automated notifications and GPS location maps detailing the latest shipment information with estimated times of arrival, company officials said.
AAA Cooper, based in Dothan, Ala., said it recognized “emerging customer need for this level of insight and planning in their operations.” Action Trac will be available July 28, officials said.
