Maximizing Compliance: A Guide for Fleet Safety & Success

Program Airs: June 8, 2023 2 p.m. ET

There is no shortage of compliance measures required of today's fleets – from Driver Fitness and ELD’s to Controlled Substances and Alcohol Use and Testing – these measures are designed to keep our roadways safe. Minimum compliance is a requirement to remain in good standing, and the inability to meet standards can result in poor roadside safety performance, hefty civil penalties, and increased risk for civil litigation, to name a few.

In this webinar, Todd James, retired Colorado State Patrol Sergeant and current Government Experience Program Manager with Drivewyze, will share his years of expertise to help fleets strategically focus on the most critical compliance requirements to mitigate risk, and develop a culture of safety to drive systemic risk management. Specifically:

  • The four critical compliance areas to focus and the impact of risk mitigation for each,

  • Technology considerations to support risk management and drive safety culture, and

  • A four-step action plan to take back to your fleet for realistic implementation.
