Wright Express Reports Higher 3Q Profit

Wright Express Corp.’s third-quarter profit grew to $48 million, or $1.23 per share, from $21 million, or 53 cents, a year earlier.

Revenue climbed 52% to $152 million, the company said in a statement.

Wright Express, which provides payment processing and information management services to fleets, said it expects fourth-quarter earnings of $34 million to $36 million on revenue of $135 million to $140 million.
