West Michigan International and Idealease of West Michigan Add Service Facility

West Michigan International and Idealease of West Michigan recently opened a 56,000-square-foot facility in Kalamazoo.
The service department includes 14 service bays, with three of them dedicated to Idealease lease and rental trucks. The department also has a wash bay and detail bay, and diesel particulate filter and diesel oxidation catalyst cleaning machines.
The body shop has eight bays, a paint booth, an alignment rack and a frame-straightening rack. The facility has $4 million in parts inventory and a delivery service.
“Our goal is to be known as the premier commercial truck lease and rental company in west and central Michigan,” Eric Simon, general manager of Idealease of West Michigan, said in a company release. — Transport Topics
