Orler, who will succeed Robert Powell as CEO, has been president of USA Truck since 2002, a position he will retain.He was one of the company's founders 1989 and has been a member of its board of directors since then.Orler was the company’s chief financial officer from 1989 to 2002. Prior to joining USA Truck, he was employed at Arkansas Best Corp. and its subsidiaries for 24 years.USA Truck is ranked No. 55 on the Transport Topics 100 list of for-hire carriers in the United States and Canada.
