Universal Express Completes Global Trucking Deal

ransportation and logistics firm Universal Express said Wednesday it completed acquiring a 60% interest in Global Trucking, based in Miami, in a deal worth $900,000.

Global provides luggage-delivery and trucking services to most major airlines in the Miami area. In the past two years, Global has provided similar services in the Houston area.
