TransForce Appoints Meyer Chief Operating Officer

Jeff Meyer has been named to the newly created position of chief operating officer at TransForce, according to the driver supply firm.

Meyer also has held management posts at Ryder System Inc., ABF Freight System and Sears Holdings.

"We feel strongly that Jeff's experience in transportation, logistics and company operations is an ideal fit for TransForce,” CEO David Broome said.
