”The weak freight environment in the latter part of 2006 has fleets approaching trailer purchases cautiously and we expect a slow start for 2007,” Chief Executive Officer Dick Giromini said in a statement.Net sales for the quarter rose to $354.2 million from $340.8 million for the previous fourth quarter.For the year, Wabash earned $9 million or 30 cents a share, down from $111 million or $3.06 in 2005. Net sales rose to $1.3 billion from $1.2 billion.
