Trailer Bridge to Be Delisted by Nasdaq

A day after announcing its bankruptcy filing, Trailer Bridge said late Thursday that its stock will be delisted by Nasdaq on Nov. 28.

The Jacksonville, Fla., company, which provides high cube container shipping from Florida to Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic, said Wednesday it filed a voluntary petition for protection under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.

After the company’s stock is delisted by Nasdaq, it may trade on the OTC Bulletin Board or the Pink OTC Markets Inc., but only if a market maker applies to quote the company’s stock.
