TCA Announces Top Award Winners

LAS VEGAS — Herald Smith Jr. is this year’s recipient of the Past Chairman’s Award, the highest honor bestowed each year by the Truckload Carriers Association.

Mr. Smith is the founder of CRST International, Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

TCA announced its awards Tuesday at its annual conference.
