Target Logistics Reports Higher Second-Quarter Earnings

reight forwarder Target Logistics said Wednesday it earned $976,000 or 5 cents a share for its second quarter ended Dec. 31, from $545,000 or 3 cents a year earlier.

Second-quarter operating income was $1.8 million, from $1 million in the previous second quarter.

Target had said last month its revenue would increase 12% to 14% and its net income would rise 70% to 110% in its fiscal 2006 year.



That would yield 12 to 15 cents per share for its fiscal year, which ends June 30.
