Target Logistics to Begin Trading on Amex Thursday

reight forwarder Target Logistics’ stock will begin trading on the American Stock Exchange Thursday under the ticker symbol TLG, the company said Wednesday.

“We believe our move to the Amex will provide greater liquidity for our equity and broader exposure and availability to a greater universe of investors,” said Stuart Hettleman, Target’s chief executive officer.

Target operates a network of offices in 34 cities throughout the United States and a worldwide agent network with coverage in more than 70 countries.



Its fiscal third-quarter revenue rose 18.2% to $37.1 million and operating income jumped 135% to $1.1 million, the company said in early May.
