Schneider Sells Czech Logistics Business

Schneider Logistics said it has sold its operations based in Olomouc, Czech Republic, to ExlService Holdings, an outsourcing company.

Under the agreement, EXL will continue to provide support services for Schneider from the Olomouc facility, the companies said in a statement Tuesday.

Schneider customers will see greater efficiencies in their business processes as a result of the sale, said Jack Gross, senior vice president of international operations for Schneider Logistics.

EXL, New York City, has operations in the United States, India and the Philippines.

Schneider is ranked No. 6 on the Transport Topics Logistics 50 listing of U.S. and Canadian logistics companies.
