Scania to Supply Trucks for DHL Contractors

Swedish truck maker Scania said it signed an agreement with German transport and logistics company DHL, which recommends Scania as the truck vendor for DHL contractors.

“The agreement opens the way for sales of about 1,000 new trucks per year,” Urban Erdtman, an executive vice president of Scania, said in a statement.

The agreement — available to carriers in DHL’s PartnerStore program — applies in 12 countries on the European continent.
