Ryder to Buy Florida Leasing Firm
Ryder System said Monday it will buy most of the assets of Florida-based Gator Leasing, which will add about 2,300 vehicles to Ryder's fleet.
The purchase includes about 300 contract customers served from Gator’s nine locations in Florida, Ryder said in a statement. Terms were not disclosed.
Ryder is ranked No. 5 on the Transport Topics 100 listing of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
